Most of the discussion at the football steering committee centered on increasing the number of classifications for football.  Also discussed, can bands play while games are in progress?

The soccer committee was concerned with the number of disqualifications in soccer.  Discussion took place dealing with issuing a “soft” red card and the use of the three-man rotation system for officials.
